Job Title: Caretaker II
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and control the shift to ensure day-to-day services and activities are provided to maintain the school's cleanliness.
- Maintain the building, grounds, and equipment in a satisfactory, clean, and safe condition.
- Have a working knowledge of HVAC equipment and the ability to perform tasks related to its maintenance.
- Be physically able to perform the duties of the position and have a proven ability to read and write English.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent work-related experience.
- 9 months to 1 year of caretaking experience.
- Experience using various equipment, including lawn tractors, hand tools, floor machines, and auto scrubbers.
- Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, WHMIS, Fire Safety Standards, and security procedures.
