As a Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting program evaluations, consulting with other healthcare professionals, and evaluating the effectiveness of counselling and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct program evaluations and consult with other healthcare professionals to evaluate treatment plans
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of counselling and patient outcomes
  • Examine patient behavior and interview clients to assess problems
  • Record observations and review reports from healthcare professionals to determine patient functioning levels
  • Supervise other counsellors, social service staff, and assistants
  • Use standard psychological tests for assessment and implement treatment plans
  • Provide education to clients on health promotion and injury prevention, management, and treatment
  • Counsel individuals and groups to achieve personal, social, and vocational development and adjustment
Requirements:
  • Accreditation or registration with the appropriate national, provincial, or territorial professional association
  • Electronic medical records experience
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Criminal record check
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
