About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Assistant to join our team at Super Star Roofing Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring they are properly maintained and operated.
Work Environment

As a Roofing Assistant, you will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, often at heights. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding setting.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, as we provide on-the-job training.
  • Ability to work at heights and in a physically demanding environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
