High-Speed Analog Design Expert

Synopsys, a leading provider of high-quality silicon-proven IP SerDes products, is seeking an experienced Analog Design Engineer to develop its highest speed SerDes products supporting Ethernet and PCIe standards.
You will collaborate with a global, dynamic, and cross-functional design team to deliver medium to large complexity analog circuits. Key responsibilities include coordinating analog designers to develop and validate analog circuits considering electrical specifications and reliability constraints.
- Define and plan analog design activities and associated milestones
- Prepare and conduct design reviews, following up on identified improvements
- Evaluate the impact of parasitic effects related to layout implementations, working with the layout team to minimize such effects and improve performance, power, and area
Preferred experience includes previous industry experience in CMOS analog design or specialization, as well as experience in coordinating junior engineers.
The ideal candidate possesses strong analysis, problem-solving, and organization skills, with excellent written and verbal communication in English. Familiarity with one or more IC design packages and UNIX operating systems is also desirable.
