Technical Product Manager

At LotusFlare, Inc., we are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead our cloud-native digital commerce and monetization platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development of innovative products that simplify technology and enhance customer experience.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product management or software development in the telecom domain. A strong understanding of telecom BSS products and TM Forum standards/frameworks is essential. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience with at least three of the following: Information Framework, Process Framework, Open APIs, and Open Digital Architecture.
You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure the timely delivery of product features without compromising on technical design and best practices. Your passion for product management and ability to effectively synthesize disparate quantitative and qualitative data sets will enable you to quickly make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the vision, strategy, prioritization, and execution of product features for our cloud-native digital commerce and monetization platform.
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products that simplify technology and enhance customer experience.
- Manage technical software products from kick-off to launch, ensuring alignment with our monetization platform.
- Analyze and monitor qualitative and quantitative data to develop the most remarkable user experience.
- Define core metrics that measure the drivers of the business.
- 5+ years of previous experience in product management or software development in the telecom domain.
- Able to discuss and work closely with engineers on high-level technical design and architecture.
- Knowledge and experience in telecom BSS products and TM Forum standards/frameworks (Information Framework, Process Framework, Open APIs, Open Digital Architecture).
- Valid TM Forum certification is not required but preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar.
- $120,000 - $150,000 annual salary package.
