Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Inspirations Montessori School. This is a temporary position with 40 hours per week, offering a competitive salary of $55,000 per annum.

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging learning programs that cater to the unique needs of our students. Your role will involve assessing children's development, preparing learning plans, and working closely with parents and guardians to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assessing children's development and creating personalized learning plans
  • Developing and implementing engaging learning programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
  • Leading activities such as storytelling, singing, and outdoor exploration
  • Encouraging children to express their creativity through art, music, and dramatic play
  • Guiding children in developing essential life skills such as eating, dressing, and toilet habits
  • Observing children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and reporting to parents and guardians
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in early childhood education, with a certificate in ECE and a Child Abuse Registry check. You should also be able to demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other educators and community service providers.
