Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for performing various financial and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledgers, and financial statements.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Process payroll, manage employee benefits, and handle related administrative tasks.
  • Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain a secure cash handling environment.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Assist with special projects, such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, proficiency in computerized bookkeeping systems, and ability to work independently.
