Veterinary Receptionist

Shamrock Veterinary Clinic is seeking a highly organized and empathetic individual to join our team as a Client Care Coordinator. This is an exceptional opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their pets.
- Excellent communication skills to create a welcoming environment for pets and pet parents
- Ability to answer a multiline phone system and track appointments effectively
- Scheduling appointments, admitting and discharging pet patients
- Invoicing, creating estimates and processing payments
- Take initiative and work independently
- A Veterinary Assistant (VA) or Veterinary Assistant Office Administration (VAOA) program certificate is an asset
- General housekeeping duties, cleanliness of reception area, pet holding areas, and common areas
- Willingness to learn more regarding veterinary services, updated medical office procedures, and assist the Veterinary staff with various tasks and treatments
- A love for all companion animals
