Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Storm Mountain Lodge Corp.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, common areas, and public spaces. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Clean and disinfect public areas, including bathrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
  • Operate dishwashers and wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Provide basic information on facilities and amenities to guests.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects.
