About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to join our team at Vaco. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and making strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management to inform strategic planning and business development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
  • Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to provide visibility into business performance.

About You:

  • CA/CPA, CMA, CGA or equivalent.
  • 5+ years post-qualification financial management experience (3-5 years of which, preferably in a P&C organization).
  • Possess strong influencing skills and is a natural leader.
  • Excellent relationship builder and communicator with proven leadership and motivation ability.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a structured and controlled framework.
  • Proven leader with an ability to empower a team of hard-working individuals.
  • Demonstrable understanding and strategic perspective on the insurance industry.
  • Experience with contract negotiation and management, business modelling, acquisitions and integration.
  • Sound understanding of financial, strategic and performance management processes.
  • Proven track record of embracing and leading change, being highly adaptable and flexible, decisive and displaying excellent judgment.

What We Offer:
