Senior Software Developer, CXO Productivity Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our CXO Productivity team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to enhance our internal processes and improve the efficiency of our CX team.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement essential tooling solutions to boost internal process efficiency and empower colleagues.
- Integrate AI models to streamline processes, enhance CX team productivity, and reduce response times, significantly improving service quality.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve unified objectives and ensure alignment for the strategic application of AI and automation to improve CX.
- Build strong connections across the team & company, leveraging your expertise to drive project success.
- Proven experience in software development, with a strong background in Ruby, Rails, and/or TypeScript.
- Experience with Temporal and modern JavaScript libraries (React).
- Knowledge of best practices in profiling, logging, tracing, tracking, and experimenting.
- Ability to decompose work into deliverables with an emphasis on iterative delivery.
- Strong sense of accountability and independence, with a proactive approach to pushing projects forward.
