We are seeking a talented Marketing Strategist - Credit Cards to join our team

About the Role:

The Marketing Strategist - Credit Cards will play a key role in supporting the delivery, execution and evaluation of key acquisition, account management and loyalty programs across the credit card portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Flawless Campaign Execution: Support the delivery of initiatives/plans/campaigns in alignment with the overall business/marketing strategy.
  • Manage Risk: Protect the interests of the organization – identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard, high-risk transactions / activities.
  • Consumer Insights and Trends: Gather and integrate information and research to support the development/evaluation of insights, strategies, marketing solutions etc.
  • Build and Protect the Brand: Ensure campaigns support the brand and are designed for a positive customer experience.
  • Analysis and Problem Solving: Solve moderately complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions. Manage strong relationships with Agencies, Business Units, Marketing Partners, Legal and Compliance, and other internal teams to deliver effective marketing programs.

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years relevant experience.
  • Solid knowledge of multiple marketing principles and disciplines, lines of businesses supported, banking industry, and product/customer markets.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form and to work collaboratively and build relationships.
  • Skill in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques.
  • Knowledge and understanding of process improvement methodologies.
  • Skill in using computer applications including MS Office.
