Job Title: General Manager - Sales Department

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Sales Department at Zim Recycling. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
