The Facilities Service Delivery Specialist will provide exceptional customer service and front-line support to multiple critical facilities across Canada, where EllisDon is the Facilities Service provider.

Key responsibilities include handling inbound service requests, initiating work orders, and ensuring timely fulfillment and resolution of client requests.

As a Facilities Service Delivery Specialist, you will be part of a critical environment responsible for receiving and dispatching facilities service requests 24/7.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Learning client account system details, CMMS, telephone system, and EDFS policies, processes, and operating procedures.
  • Logging client requests, creating and dispatching work orders to appropriate facility management resources.
  • Accurately capturing required information to assign priority levels for timely fulfillment of service requests.
  • Effective problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and communicating with facility management resources.
  • Providing client service support.
  • Participating in program initiatives undertaken by the Business Optimization & Solution Services team.
  • Compiling, analyzing, validating, and transforming data from numerous systems using Microsoft Excel analytical features to create reports tailored to the business.
  • Supporting clients by sharing findings based on reporting extracted from multiple systems.
  • Professionally conducting work, maintaining confidentiality of client account information, and other information.
  • Mentoring and training new team members.
  • Handling clerical responsibilities, including administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements include:

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Language proficiency in English, including proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation for clear and effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in French is an asset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn software used for clients.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
