About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Case Manager for an urban half-way house. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting offenders in their transition back into society.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing case management services to clients residing in our half-way house. This includes preparing reports, conducting administrative tasks, and assessing clients' needs for specific services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and case histories for clients
  • Conduct administrative tasks such as data entry and record-keeping
  • Assess clients' needs and eligibility for specific services
  • Provide suicide and crisis intervention support to clients
  • Supervise activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses
  • Assist offenders in pre-release and release planning
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A college diploma or non-university certificate/diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • 1-7 months of relevant experience
  • Enhanced reliability security clearance
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Judgment and ability to work under pressure
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional development and training.
