Director of Property Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Property Management to join our team at Colliers International. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a large team of property management professionals, clients, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Manage and motivate a large team of property management professionals to achieve client and business goals
  • Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for expansion and growth
  • Conduct revenue and expense analyses and provide corporate management reports as required
  • Develop and manage property management and construction teams in Quebec
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10-12 years of related experience in the commercial real estate industry
  • Experience in managing office and retail properties, and a minimum of 5 years' leadership and financial management experience
  • Strong understanding of economic indicators, KPIs, and their impact on commercial real estate valuation and client service
  • Ability to develop systems and processes that are flexible, adaptable, and results-oriented
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
