Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Olympic International. As a key member of our Parts and Supply division, you will be responsible for expediting and coordinating the flow of work within the warehouse, ensuring that products are shipped and received on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the supply-chain, all products, materials, and supplies
  • Engage with vendors, drivers, logistics technicians, and others involved with a positive attitude and in a time-efficient manner
  • Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming/outgoing shipments against invoices/other documents, records shortages, rejects damaged goods
  • Promptly unloads trucks, and deliveries and sorts stocks receivables
  • Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area in accordance with Occupational Health & Safety regulations
  • Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately
  • Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments
  • Communicates clear instructions to the warehouse team, ensuring a smooth, organized, and safe process
  • If needed, operates a forklift, hand truck, or other equipment to load, unload, transport, and store goods

Requirements:
  • Previous experience with receiving, sorting, stocking, and stacking of incoming/outgoing stock
  • Previous experience with pulling, packing, and loading
  • Inventory control management skills; efficient management and execution of work orders, tracking and restocking items, cross-checking records, solving inventory-related issues, and notifying the Operations Manager of low inventory levels
  • Possesses good communication skills (both written and verbal) and demonstrates excellent customer service
  • Hands-on attitude, ability to work independently and/or within a team
  • Proven ability to multitask, stay organized in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and follow through with deadlines
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office (knowledge of Excel is essential)
  • Physically demanding, ability to lift heavy objects (up to 100 lbs)
