As an Occupational Therapist with SE Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and supportive care team to provide person-centered care to clients in their homes. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, formulating goals and recommendations, and planning and implementing client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs
- Formulating goals and recommendations to address clients' needs and promote independence
- Planning and implementing client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs to promote clients' physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams to provide comprehensive care to clients

Requirements- Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy and member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs
- Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional with effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new computer applications and work effectively in a hybrid work environment
