As a leading global provider of human resources technology, ADP is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for selling ADP solutions to new and existing clients across various industries, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships and drive business growth.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent sales and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. You will also require a deep understanding of ADP's products and services, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective sales strategies.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission and incentives. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

What You'll Do:

  • Sell ADP solutions to new and existing clients, achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support;
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies, analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience);
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse client groups and internal stakeholders;
  • Deep understanding of ADP's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.
