Benny Investments Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and organized Farm Foreman/Woman to join our team. This permanent position offers a unique opportunity to work in agriculture and develop your leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate agricultural crop growth and development, considering water saturation, light and temperature factors.
  • Direct agricultural crop deleafing activities, greenhouse cleaning, and harvesting seedlings.
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient farm operations.

Requirements:
