Job Summary:

OP Fire & Safety is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our team in the Grande Prairie, Red Deer, and Estevan areas. As a key member of our emergency medical services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care and support to our clients in the oil and gas sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide emergency medical services, including patient assessment, treatment, and transportation.
  • Collaborate with our medical team to develop and implement emergency response plans.
  • Conduct regular medical checks and provide health and safety training to our staff.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest medical techniques and technologies.
  • Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless integration of medical services with our emergency response operations.

Requirements:

  • Ambulance Care Paramedic (ACP) certification (unrestricted).
  • Standard Oil Field Tickets (H2S Alive, CSTS/PST).
  • Valid Class 5 Operator's license with a clean abstract.
  • Pre-employment drug and alcohol screening (panel test).
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Medic experience is an asset.
