Director, Human Resources

Macp is seeking a seasoned HR leader to join our team as Director, Human Resources. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to provide exceptional service to our employees
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through HR initiatives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters to our executives
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience in leading and building teams
  • Proven track record of implementing new technologies, programs, and initiatives
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in strategic planning and data-driven decision-making

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL or CHRE) designation
  • Master's in Industrial Relations (MIR)
