Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at GNF Commercial Management Limited. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the construction site.
  • Erect and Dismantle Forms and Scaffolding: Assist in erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Assist in Framing and Building: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Remove Debris: Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
Requirements:
  • Physical Demands: The role requires a physically demanding environment with fast-paced work and repetitive tasks.
  • Weight Handling: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and handle heavy loads.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, and a team player attitude are essential.
Work Environment:

The Construction Labourer will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule is 35 to 55 hours per week.
