Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Seacity International Holdings Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to our staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange meetings, seminars, and conferences, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Administration: Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and database software.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
