### Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media and Community Manager to join our team at No Loading Games. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and interacting with our community.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
* Create and curate high-quality content for our social media channels
* Engage with our community through comments, messages, and online events
* Collaborate with our team to develop and execute online events and campaigns
* Analyze social media metrics to inform future content and engagement strategies

### Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in social media management, community engagement, and content creation
* Strong understanding of social media analytics and strategies
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Graphic design and video editing skills a plus
