Key Responsibilities- Determine food portion sizes and costs to maintain profitability
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements for seamless execution
- Source high-quality ingredients and supplies to meet our culinary standards
- Cook complete meals or individual dishes with precision and creativity
- Prepare special meals for customers with dietary restrictions or preferences
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety
- Train staff in cooking techniques, food safety, and customer service
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment
- Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Japanese cuisine and cultural nuances
- Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
