Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Client Care Centre, you will provide exceptional client service to internal and external clients, utilizing your expertise in life and critical illness insurance products to resolve inquiries efficiently.

Your primary responsibilities will include handling incoming telephone calls, responding to email inquiries, and working closely with other departments to resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving problems related to life and critical illness insurance products.
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of our Individual Life and Critical Illness products to answer questions and resolve various problems for our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless resolution of complex inquiries.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A high level of proficiency in both French and English, including the ability to speak, read, and write fluently.
  • Previous experience in a phone-based client care/service role.
  • Superior interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Excellent listening skills to facilitate positive outcomes with inquiries and irate callers.
  • Ability to handle high stress levels in a fast-paced production environment.
