Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role
MNP is a leading national accounting, tax, and business advisory firm in Canada. As an Administrative Assistant with our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our internal and external clients. Your expertise will ensure the efficient and effective operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical activities, including reviewing and modifying documents, and preparing reports and presentations
- Record minutes at meetings and distribute or archive them accordingly
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, and manage and coordinate multiple calendars
- Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations, and schedule internal and external meetings and appointments
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
- Work collaboratively with other team members and leadership
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset
- 2 years of administrative experience in a professional working environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
