Job Title: Operations Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Associate to join our Creator Services team at CrowdRiff. As an Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in facilitating the delivery of high-quality vertical video content to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include onboarding and engaging with content creators, moderating content to ensure high quality standards, and managing the content fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work with an outsourced team to build lead lists of content creators in multiple geographies and manage the creator onboarding process
* Manage the content fulfillment process, including rolling out content briefs to creators and ensuring timely submissions
* Review and moderate all content submitted by creators on a daily basis
* Update and maintain data to ensure integrity across various tools and systems
* Implement and optimize processes to ensure excellent customer service and content supply as we continue to scale and expand to new geographies
* Track KPIs and analyze standardized reports to understand the health of operations

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in an operational role, with a demonstrated ability to work with people across all levels in an organization
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with high organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal guidance
* Ability to leverage technology to create and manage efficient workflows and establish cross-functional process efficiencies
* Practical experience working with tools such as Airtable, Zapier, Google Sheets, and Front
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to partner well with team members and other internal and external stakeholders
