Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide care and support to our residents at Greenwood Court, a leading long-term care facility in Stratford, Ontario.

About the Role: As a Registered Nurse with Tri-County Mennonite Homes, you will be responsible for supervising hourly resident care department staff and ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of resident care staff
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
  • Ensure compliance with Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2007 and associated regulations
  • Provide leadership and support to staff to ensure excellent resident care

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Minimum one-year experience in a long-term care setting
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and strong communication skills
