Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving sales goals and driving successful sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure competitiveness
- Assess operational issues and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement processes to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
- University degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales and/or management
- Knowledge of the homebuilding industry
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
