  • Establish work schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed on time
  • Sell merchandise and promote products to customers
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that stock levels are adequate
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently
  • Organise day-to-day business operations to ensure that the department runs smoothly
  • Conduct quality control to ensure that products meet high standards

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
