Guest Experience Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Experience Support Specialist to join our team at AccorHotel.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleThis role is responsible for supporting the smooth execution of meal service during peak times, preparing serving stations and work areas for each meal period, and providing continued support in preparation for the next meal period.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Lobby Lounge team and will be required to adhere to all safety standards, ensuring all hygiene and prevention measures are being met.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- Previous work experience in a restaurant/food and beverages setting
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player attitude
- OTEC certificate an asset
- Flexibility with shifts of the outlet dependent on business demands
- Willingness to learn new concepts and ideas
- Smart Serve Training Certification
- Experience working in Unionized Environment
The physical aspects of this position include but are not limited to:
- Constant standing and walking throughout shift
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Constant kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
- Frequent ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. AccorHotel offers a competitive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
