Nuclear Medicine Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Shared Health. As a key member of our imaging team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Operate nuclear medicine equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure the safe handling and disposal of radioactive materials.
- Provide education and training to patients and staff on nuclear medicine procedures and safety protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate of a recognized accredited school of Nuclear Medicine Technology.
- Registered and certified as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist by the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT).
- Current BCLS certificate.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
