Lead and Grow Our Shop-at-Home Business


We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead the growth of our shop-at-home business in markets without Blinds To Go showrooms. As the Executive Sales Director for Home Markets, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, recruit and manage outside salespeople, and collaborate with other senior managers to achieve our business objectives.


About the Role



  • Develop and execute a business plan to drive revenue growth and expand our shop-at-home presence in target markets
  • Recruit, manage, and motivate a team of outside sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and installation teams to develop programs and tools that improve business performance
  • Work closely with store leadership to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in retail or multi-location service business, including in-home sales and management experience
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving revenue growth
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build cross-functional relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high energy and strong motivation

What We Offer



  • A competitive salary range of $70,000-$100,000 per year, based on experience
  • Bonus pay and commission pay tied to individual and company performance
