Job Title: Continuing Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Continuing Care Assistant to join our team at VON Canada. As a Continuing Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Continuing Care Assistant Certification
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Immunization records
  • Criminal record check
  • Child Abuse Registry check
  • Vulnerable sector check
