About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Paver Operator to join our team at Eagle Asphalt Paving Ltd. As a Paver Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, cleaning and lubricating equipment, and conducting pre-operational checks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate paver and other heavy equipment to ensure efficient and safe construction processes
  • Clean and lubricate equipment to maintain optimal performance and extend lifespan
  • Conduct pre-operational checks to ensure equipment is in good working condition
  • Secure special attachments to equipment as required
  • Operate hydraulic pumping systems to support construction operations
Work Environment

This is an outdoor role that requires working in various weather conditions. You will be working on construction sites, operating heavy equipment, and interacting with colleagues and clients.

Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and operate heavy equipment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
