This position reports into the Director, Digital Management & Product Growth and supports Direct Energy's efforts in innovative offerings within Alberta residential and small commercial retail energy market.
The role involves supporting product innovation initiatives across various customer acquisition channels, particularly digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers to articulate user journeys and enhance the customer experience by communicating end-to-end user experiences throughout the product lifecycle.
This position requires transforming ideas into essential design artifacts, including user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. By applying human-centered design principles, engaging experiences will be created to meet user needs and drive conversion.
Key Responsibilities- Adopting a human-centered and iterative design approach, collaborating with teams to transform complex problems into effective design solutions.
- Creating comprehensive product design plans using human-centered and design thinking methodologies.
- Working effectively with cross-functional teams, partnering with product management and engineering to conceptualize, build, and ship highly usable products that customers love to use.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your experience. This includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
