About the Role

Crohn's and Colitis Canada is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will play a vital role in developing and executing digital strategies to engage our audience, raise awareness about inflammatory bowel diseases, and support our mission to find cures for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and publish high-quality digital content that resonates with our target audience, including photos, graphics, and videos;">
  • Develop and implement creative social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness;">
  • Maintain and optimize our social media presence across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand guidelines;">
  • Analyze and report on key metrics and insights to inform future strategies and campaign planning;">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals;">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field;">
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or a related field; or equivalent experience;">
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok;">
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and SEO principles;">
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to streamline and standardize communications;">
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions;">
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines;">

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including extended health and dental coverage, life insurance, paid time off, and RRSP matching.
