About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Jagjeet. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris and empty trash containers, launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Shopping and Errands: Shop for food and household supplies.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, walls and ceilings.
  • Changing Rooms and Showers: Clean changing rooms and showers.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willing to train.
  • Physical Demands: Repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, values and ethics.
