Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Ann Arbour Consultants Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records and prepare cheques for payroll.
About the Role
This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week with a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Reconcile accounts
Requirements
- College or CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Familiarity with manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
Work Environment
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential for this role.
