Job Title: Hospitality Services Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hospitality Services Associate to join our team at ProStyle Cleaning.

About the Job

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain a clean and safe environment, and perform various tasks to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors; dust furniture; vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture; make beds and change sheets; distribute clean towels and toiletries; stock linen closet; clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Guest Services: Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene; launder clothing and household linens; mend clothing and linens; perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties; shop for food and household supplies; wash windows, walls, and ceilings; clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns; provide basic information on facilities; handle and report lost and found items; attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months, or equivalent experience
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling, walking
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
