Job Title: Retail Salesperson

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team at BROAD CONSULTANT LTD.

Job Summary:

The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide advice on products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets, and maintain a high level of sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Retail Salesperson will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, maintain a high level of product knowledge, and meet sales targets.
