Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Twice the Deal Pizza.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and confirm bookings.
- Cooordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Communication and Correspondence
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Office Administration
- Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked workspace.
- Greet clients, visitors, and colleagues, and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and calendar management tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Work Environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and demands.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
