About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Leadership and Coordination Specialist to join our team at Canada Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for leading administrative processes, coordinating office services, and ensuring efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management:
  • Supervise and guide administrative staff to ensure effective task delegation and prioritization.
  • Develop and implement new procedures to improve workflow efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordination and Planning:
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning.
  • Assist in budget preparation and management to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Data Entry and Administration:
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.

  • This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • You must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per yearLanguage: EnglishHours: 37.5 hours per week
