We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support our Regulatory Certification efforts in Toronto. As part of our growth in this space, we need someone with related experience in regulatory examination provision to lead the implementation of operational and technology solutions for exam delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project scope, specification, and deadlines under guidance from product originators and subject matter experts
  • Manage day-to-day project operations, driving urgency and cross-functional team collaboration
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely project updates and risk management
  • Track progress and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Support client governance, working closely with senior client stakeholders to maintain delivery confidence
  • Contribute to project planning, documentation, and reporting within our PMO framework
  • Source and onboard resources as required to meet project demands
  • Challenge assumptions and propose innovative solutions to achieve optimal results
  • Verify solution deliverables against client requirements, incorporating quality control measures
  • Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and analyzing variances

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in multi-disciplinary project management or ownership
  • Client consultancy skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients to resolve issues and develop tailored solutions
  • Commercial acumen, allowing incorporation of commercial implications into discussions and reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with senior executives within client organizations and Fitch Group
  • Strong analytical approach, backed by attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to work strategically and hands-on when required

Salary Range:$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
