About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at BOLA HEALTHCARE SERVICE INC. as a key member of our administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing and editing reports, correspondence, and other documents.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and confirm details with relevant parties.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, including reviewing, negotiating, and implementing agreements.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Project Coordination: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Windows, and electronic medical records.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail. The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure is essential.
