Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to perform complex administrative tasks, including reviewing appeal files, summarizing documents, and providing information on Commission policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a legal environment, collecting and analyzing written material, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Review and assess appeal files to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Summarize documents and identify potential issues or problems
  • Provide information on Commission policies and procedures to appellants, representatives, and respondents
  • Work with parties to resolve outstanding matters prior to hearings
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a legal environment and completion of a recognized legal/legal assistant program
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $63,794 - $81,648 per year, based on location and level of experience.
