Skilled Building Projects Technician Wanted for Mr. Handyman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced building projects technician to join our team at Mr. Handyman.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, bathroom improvements, kitchen improvements, painting, drywall work, and general plumbing and electrical services.
This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on small residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide project cost estimates based on labor-hours and materials consumption.
- Complete assigned projects to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Communicate with customers to manage expectations and provide recommendations as needed.
- Create lifelong customers by delivering exceptional service and following the Mr. Handyman Way.
- 10+ years of experience working independently on small projects.
- Ability to procure all necessary materials for completing projects.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and safely work at heights.
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on technical and customer skills.
A 4% vacation allowance and matching of CPP and EI contributions are also provided.
