Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager is a key member of our team at The Ladders, responsible for overseeing and managing our human resources functions and supervision. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Manage and oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational development initiatives
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to employees
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, including employment law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and senior leadership
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
